In 1996, our company invested in a Cold Air Facility that has a capacity of processing, freezing and preserving fishery products in a closed area of 2250 m² in an area of 6.081 m² in Arsin Organized Industrial Zone.

IMPORT AND EXPORT OF FRESH and FROZEN FISHERIES

Our company has invested in a Cold Air Facility that has the capacity to process fishery products in freezing and frozen state.

The facility has a daily capacity of 40.000 kg of freezing and 4.500 m3 of fresh and frozen product storage capacity. Our facility has a food production permit and a European Union export approval number.

Our company has been exporting to European Union countries and neighboring countries since 2003; It increases its accumulation day by day in this field and adds new experiences to its experience..

OUR PRODUCTS :

In our facility, mainly Black Sea anchovy is processed. In addition, horse mackerel, bonito, blue fish, sea bass and mullet are processed. As a result of the anchovy fishing, it is taken to the facility from the boats in plastic bins and by refrigerated refrigerated box trucks and processed in accordance with HACCP procedures.

In the export made to the European Union countries, anchovy is the leading with a rate of 90%. Anchovies are shocked in styrofoam plates of 1 kg at –40 ° C and then stretched in automatic stretch machines, then boxed and packaged and made ready for export.

As our products are frozen and the whole of Turkey with our fleet for international exports are sent to fresh or chilled as quickly and safely as delivery point.
